Building Capacity to Increase Retention Rates for Girls and Women in Sport - Presentation
Gender Equity Club-Assessment Tool - Clubs can use this as a first step to better understand their organization’s gender equity priorities. This provides the opportunity to assess programs, services and facilities using a gender lens. Organizations are given a score with recommendations on how to increase their current standard of gender equity in the following categories: Programs, Policies, Leadership and Environment. Findings can then be integrated into planning.
Same Game Gender Data Collection Tool – This tool allows clubs to examine their organizational data to determine gender equity gaps and opportunities for growth. Once complete, they click on analyze results to get a customized gender breakdown of their membership with recommendations on how they can improve gender equity balances in each category.
